Purchase, privacy, refund and usage
These terms cover PDF eBook purchases on Creator Moves 365.com. The prompt library has its own separate terms.
Purchase terms
A purchase on Creator Moves 365.com is a one-time payment for a specific digital PDF, or for a bundle of named PDFs. It grants personal access to that file through your account library. It does not include a Creator Moves 365.ai subscription, and it does not include future titles.
Payment and currency
The final payable amount, any discount and the billing currency are shown before payment. Any approximate currency conversion is labelled as approximate. Payments are verified on the server. Billing currency and merchant configuration are not connected yet.
Refunds
Digital files are delivered immediately, so refund eligibility is limited and depends on the circumstances of the order. Full refund conditions will be published here once they have been approved. Where a refund is granted, the related order, revenue and commission records are adjusted.
Usage of prompts and images
Prompts and instructions in a purchased PDF are for your own creative work. Reselling, redistributing or republishing the PDF, its prompt text or its reference images as your own product is not permitted. Outputs you generate in external AI tools are also subject to that tool's own terms.
Privacy
We collect the account, order and support information needed to sell and deliver digital products, and to run the collaborator and affiliate programs. The full privacy notice, including data retention periods and the processors we use, will be published once the production configuration is finalised.
