Subscription, cancellation, refund, privacy and usage
These terms cover the prompt library subscription. PDF eBook purchases on Creator Moves 365.com have their own separate terms.
Subscription terms
A Creator Moves 365.ai membership gives access to the published prompt library for the paid period. Prompts published during that period are included. Bundles are groupings within the library and are not separate purchases. A membership does not include paid PDF eBooks sold on Creator Moves 365.com.
Renewal and cancellation
Recurring billing is not configured yet, so we make no claim that a plan renews automatically. Once billing is connected, this section will describe the exact renewal behaviour, how to cancel, and when access ends after cancellation.
Refunds
Refund conditions for subscription payments will be published here once approved. Where a refund is granted, the related payment, access period and any affiliate commission records are adjusted accordingly.
Access and protection of prompt text
Protected prompt text is released only after a server-side check of your subscription. It is not embedded in public page responses, hidden markup or publicly reachable files. Redistributing, republishing or reselling prompt text is not permitted.
Usage of prompts and reference images
Prompts are for your own creative work in external AI tools. Outputs you generate are also governed by the terms of the tool you use. Reference images are illustrative of the intended result and remain the property of their contributors.
Privacy
We collect the account, subscription, payment and support information needed to run the service. The full privacy notice, including retention periods and processors, will be published once the production configuration is finalised.
