Access depends on an active subscription. Your account page shows the current status and the paid period.
Billing records
Each payment stores the amount, any discount and the billing currency, with a receipt. Repeated provider notifications never create duplicate records.
Cancellation
Cancellation and refund conditions are in the .ai policies.
